Colchester Mind

Colchester Mind was established in 1985, and is the leading mental health voluntary organisation for Colchester and the surrounding area. Services are currently provided in Essex and South Suffolk, although primarily in Colchester. Colchester Mind works to improve the lives of people from all sectors of society who are experiencing mental health problems and/or emotional distress. We seek to achieve this by providing a range of different services and activities and through campaigning and raising awareness.

We are a registered charity, affiliated to the national charity Mind, and a company limited by guarantee with a Board of Trustees drawn from the local community.
