With 1 in 4 people in the U.K. suffering from a mental health problem the importance of Colchester Mind providing organised, well supported and innovative, user-led services and activities is critical to the people of Colchester and the surrounding areas.

In seeking to promote positive mental health and a better life for people experiencing mental health problems and emotional distress, Colchester Mind has a number of different projects seeking to provide services and activities to all sectors of society regardless of age, religion, race or ethnicity.
