Colchester Mind Counselling Service

Colchester Mind Counselling Service has a panel of 20 qualified
Counsellors who provide individual counselling. We are also able to provide a limited amount of couple counselling. The counsellors work to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical standards and use person-centred, psychodynamic, integrative or systemic approaches for this work and some use CBT techniques. We are currently providing a service for the PCT and this is accessible via G.P.s in the Colchester and Tendring areas.
