Introduction to Young People Services
Colchester Mind Children’s Services are provided @ The Junction at 78 Maldon Road, Colchester CO3 3AL. We offer support and advocacy for young people in Colchester and Tendring and have a young person’s board that help us shape our service.
Support works with young people who are experiencing emotional and or behavioural difficulties and those experiencing emerging mental health problems.
Advocacy works with young people who feel they need their voice heard in difficult situations to empower them and balance the power between young people and adults.
Young Persons Advisory Board (YPAB) is made up of young volunteers who help the Junction ensure that they are young people friendly and young people focused.
